    Dedicated Senior Living Executive

Ryan Novaczyk had his first experiences in senior care when his grandmother, who had Alzheimer's disease, moved in with his family. The family provided her not only with a loving home but also with the opportunity to spend time outdoors and work in the garden, a personal interest that helped her to stay active and engaged with life. Now in service as partner, president, and chief financial officer (CFO) of New Perspective Senior Living, a company that his brother Todd leads as founding CEO, Ryan Novaczyk works to build and maintain communities that prioritize helping residents to live a purposeful life.

In overseeing all fiscal aspects of company operations, in both the short and long term, Ryan Novaczyk has financed more than $500 million in acquisitions and new development. He is also active in creating marketing and financial growth strategies, as well as the negotiation of contracts and employee compensation.

Ryan Novaczyk comes to his work with 20 years of experience in financial analysis and leadership. He holds a bachelor of arts in financial management from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and has earned certificates in finance, sales and marketing, and senior housing executive service from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County's Erickson School of Aging.
