Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in the finance, real estate, and senior housing industries, Ryan Novaczyk serves as the president and chief financial officer of New Perspective Living, as well as heading the New Perspective Fund VI, LLC. Ryan Novaczyk also maintains membership in professional organizations such as the North Dakota Long Term Care Association (NDLTCA).
An affiliate of the National Center For Assisted Living (NCAL) and the American Health Care Association (AHCA), NDLTCA serves a membership of more than 14,000 professionals in the field of senior housing, assisted living, and nursing facilities. As part of its member services, the association supplies online education through its Learning Management Center, known as ahcancalED.
Open to members and staff of AHCA and NCAL, ahcancalED addresses topics ranging from improving patient care to incorporating technology such as the LTC Trend Tracker. Educational offerings include webinars, training courses, instructional videos, and other learning tools.
